Senior Sales Representative – Tank Trailer Industry
Tremcar, the largest sole proprietorship tank trailer manufacturer in North America, operates eight plants and five service centers across the continent, with ongoing plans for growth and expansion. Our subsidiary, Tremcar USA, boasts two facilities in Strasburg, Ohio, and Haverhill, Massachusetts (known as Boston Steel, a Tremcar USA Division).
We are actively seeking for 3 Senior Sales Representatives with experience in the tank trailer industry to join our dynamic team. The successful candidates will be tasked with driving sales growth in three specific regions: the Southern States, the Mid West, and Western States of the United States. Tremcar, currently expanding production lines in Ohio and Quebec, offers management opportunities for individuals dedicated to their roles.
Main Responsibilities:
- Conduct extensive travel throughout dedicated region.
- Maintain and cultivate strong relationships with existing customers.
- Identify and evaluate new prospects to expand our customer base.
- Provide comprehensive support and customer service before and after sales.
- Demonstrate and educate on the mechanics of Tremcar tank trailers and equipment as needed.
- Assist in product promotion efforts.
- Collaborate with the sales team to analyze performance goals and objectives.
- Forecast and analyze market conditions to ensure accurate inventory projections.
- Report competitive pricing feedback to the head office.
Skills Required:
- Flexibility and willingness to travel.
- Experience in all types of aluminum and stainless-steel tank trailers, including Dry Bulk, Petroleum, Crude Oil, Chemical, and Food Grade.
- Knowledge of milk tanks and equipment, as well as stainless steel 407 chemical tanks and aluminum 406 petroleum tanks.
- Marketing and management skills.
- CRM proficiency.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to acquire new skills.
- Personable demeanor.
