Tremcar is a manufacturer of tank trailers and tank trucks for the North American market. Its production output includes stainless steel and aluminum tanks. Tremcar is also specialized in manufacturing vacuum tanks dedicated to cleaning the environment: sanitary sewer, hydro excavation, vacuum sump and other specialized tanks. Custom made is Tremcar’s expertise: tell us what you are carrying and we will build the right tank for your needs! In addition to the United States, where it has production plants, Tremcar International exports to Latin America, the Caribbean all the way to Argentina.

Family owned business
Tremcar was founded in 1962 by the Tougas brothers, Aldé and Léo, under the name of A & L Tougas Ltd. The two brothers were welders by trade. The business specialized in the fabrication of stainless steel tankers trailers dedicated to the transportion of milk between the farms and the dairies of Québec.

Il nous fait plaisir d’annoncer que Denis Girard a été promu au poste de V.P. Opérations pour Boston Steel, a Tremcar USA Division
Depuis près de 4 décennies, Denis qui a commencé à titre de soudeur pour A & L Tougas a rapidement été en mesure de gradués les échelons de l’entreprise. Son expertise à titre d’acheteur, superviseur, directeur d’usine et projet spéciaux lui ont grandement servi dans les multiples projets, qu’il a complété au fil des années dans différente région des du Canada et des USA.
Il a été le directeur d’usine pour notre première usine de Tremcar USA a Champlain, pour plus tard travailler avec les équipes de Strasburg et Dover. Il a passé la dernière année à notre usine de Boston ou il a su bâtir une toute nouvelle équipe qui déjà commence à être en mesure de prendre les commandes et de continuer ce qu’ils ont bâtis.
Il a été en mesure de bien s’adapter aux différentes cultures de chaque entreprise auxquelles il a participé aux expansions, et participer avec les équipes présente à l’implantation des processus de Tremcar et de notre vision.
