Responsibilities:

  • He is responsible for reading plans and specifications for the assembly and welding of the various components of the tank.
  • He must ensure that the work is carried out in accordance with the required quality criteria.
  • He must perform any other related task requested by his immediate superior.

Qualifications:

  • Must have excellent attendance
  • Welding is not a must, but it helps. Must be willing to learn and Pass welding test below.
  • If an individual wants to weld and do other jobs this is the job for them. (It takes craftsman)
  • Able to climb a 6’ ladder
  • Use a creeper
  • Be trained to wear fall protection when required
  • All tools are provided as well as toolbox (Requires a Sign Off Sheet)
  • Read a tape measure
  • Read and understand basic blueprints (We Provide Tremcar Blueprint Training to Finishers)
  • Follow electrical and air schematics as per print (We Provide Tremcar Blueprint Training to Finishers / Air Dept)
  • Assemble the Following as to prints:
    • Light boxes, ladders, Air Lines, Grote Electric (Plug and Play System) Fenders some parts are cut to fit
    • Be able to custom fit Premade Hose Tubes and Hose Trays using Air tools; Drills, Grinders, ext.

Welding Qualifications:

  • Be motivated and able to trouble shoot issues that arise
  • Pass 2G Horizontal Mig Aluminum Welding Test When Ready
  • Pass 2G Horizontal Tig Aluminum Welding Test When Ready
  • Pass 2G Horizontal Mig Steel/Stainless Steel Welding Test When Ready
